Home Delivery
Please place orders by 1pm for same day home delivery. Orders over $250 are delivered free within 15 miles of our Westbury store or under 3 miles from our Brooklyn store. Orders under $250 will incur a $65 delivery fee. For orders outside the delivery zip codes including Hamptons home delivery please contact us at 516.780.6473 or

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as an order is shipped (please check spam). Often carriers will not update tracking information for 24-48 hours after pick up. Orders are normally delivered between 3-10 business days. Please refer to your tracking number for tracking updates and feel free to contact us if you believe there has been an issue with your order or if it has been more than 10 business days since your order was placed. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Free shipping for purchases over $35. Orders are sent out USPS with average delivery times between 1-3 business days. However, deliveries can take up to 10 business days. There can be instances where shipping takes longer due to complications within carriers or local post offices. 

*During summertime there is an additional fee to ship chocolates and gummies with ice packs so your items get to you in good condition. If orders are placed without this tracking option we can not confirm your items will arrive in good condition and can not refund or replace melted items that were shipped without this additional fee.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
7 Leaf Clover ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, if applicable.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please save and document all damaged goods. All returns are at the discretion of the acting manager on duty.
International Shipping Policy
At this time we are unable to ship internationally. Please contact us with any further questions on this matter. 

Return policy

We do not accept returns on any THC products, topicals or edibles. However, we always endeavor to make things right so please contact us with any issues at 516.780.6473 or  

All sale items purchases are final. No returns or exchanges of any kind on sale items.

 Any returns on items purchased from a gift card will be reimbursed with a gift card equivalent to the purchase value of the item.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping
Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our facility. Upon receiving your order please check carefully to ensure all products have not been damaged. All faulty packages must be claimed within 48 hours to 
Please include your name, order number, the products affected and a description of circumstances. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
